BRIEF:

This university project aims to design a near-future service experience that supports the well-being of all health and social care staff within Ayrshire and Arran.

Utilising our desk research and interviews with staff, we developed insights and opportunities for the future of healthcare. By collaborating with multiple stakeholders and co-designing solutions, we portrayed our future service that provides Ayrshire and Arran’s future clinical and non-clinical staff with comfortable rest and rehabilitation spaces that supply a personal connection. We visualised these concepts with tangible future artefacts and a strategic roadmap to achieve the target.
